Fix Laptop battery charge issue (Plugged IN, not charging) in Windows 7

Solution:

Previous day I face peculiar problem in my laptop battery. System showing message “Plugged In, Not Charging”. My new HP laptop has a bed battery particularly when HP Support Assistant indicates good battery.  After some R&D I fix that issue. Here is the solution:
1
           1.   Go into Control Panel
2       2.   Go to System category
3       3.  Select View Advanced System Setting
4       4.  Go to the Hardware tab and click the Device Manage button
5       5.  Under the Batteries section right click on the Microsoft  APCI-Compliant Control Method  Battery and
     6.Select Uninstall
6       7.   Agree to the warning to uninstall
7       8.   Shutdown your computer.
8       9.   Remove the battery for 1 minute
9       10.    Reinstall the battery
1     11.    Turn on my computer (with AC since your battery is probably dead)
1
Windows should automatically identify the new hardware and my battery should start charging again.
