IP address changed

Today I face this problem when i connect to Cpanel. “Your IP has changed. Please log in again”  but when  re- login same message come back again and again.

IP address has changed

I’m searching on Google how to solve IP address changed problem.  I could not find an actual solution but I find some useful  information which helps to solve this problem.

I solve this IP address changed issue  to change my internet connection password.

Here is my short note for this solution which is collect from Google.

  • Basically it’s occurring if you have a dynamic IP address. So the easy solution get a static IP address. Otherwise you can use cPanel proxy .
  •  You get this error if your networks do not support  panel port 2082 .
  • Some are  facing this error when internet connection is very  poor. So suggest use strong internet connection.

I find best explanation  with solution for this error. So I share it with you. If you find help please share it.

Some ISPs [Internet Service Providers] have short DHCP life times, or your IP may change if you are using another computer to access cPanel. This can cause the behavior described and these types of connections do not work well with cPanel. You can try several things to try to fix the issue:

Accessing your cPanel at http://cpanel.mydomain.com will sometimes fix the issue.
cPanel and WHM version 11.28 have a new option, the Cookie IP validation setting:

[You must be running a Cloud Reseller Account or higher, see your cPanel >> Stats area to see what type of account and what server type your account has.]
Navigate in WHM to Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> Security tab

Look at the section called "Cookie IP Validation" and if you click the ? symbol you can read more:
"Validate the IP addresses used in all cookie based logins. This will limit the ability of attackers who capture cPanel session cookies to use them in an exploit of the cPanel or WebHost Manager interfaces. For this setting to have maximum effectiveness, proxydomains should also be disabled."

Change this setting to "loose" and it should cause the reauthentication frequency to diminish or go away. To disable it go to WHM > Tweak Settings > Cookie IP validation and set it to "disabled"

Please also see cPanel documentation on disabling proxy domains.

Otherwise, you might have to utilize a proxy with an unchanging IP address to maintain your connection.
Try clearing your browser's cache.
If you're still getting those error messages, you will need to find another connection to connect into cPanel if clearing your browser's cache does not resolve the issue.
