Problem while using Street View in Windows 8

Solution:
If you are having problems with Street View in Firefox or Internet Explorer, it could be because you are using a Windows 8-style browser. Street View requires Flash Player, and Flash is not currently supported on the Windows UI version of certain browsers. This issue is only specific to Windows 8.
To resolve the issue on Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 8:
  1. Toggle to the desktop version from the Windows UI:
    • Press the Windows logo key on the bottom left of your keyboard, or
    • Touch or click the desktop tile. 
  2. If you don't already have Flash, download and install it now. 
  3. Open Internet Explorer 10 as a Windows 8 app.
To resolve the issue on Firefox:
  1. Toggle to the desktop version from the Windows UI:
    • Press the Windows logo key on the bottom left of your keyboard, or
    • Touch or click the desktop tile. 
  2. If you don't already have Flash, download and install it now. 
  3. Open Firefox as a Windows 8 app.
