HOW TO FIX ICE CREAM SANDWICH UPDATE ERRORS !!!

Solutions:
The procedure for fix it:
Settings – More – Mobile Networks – Access Point Names – Options Reset to Default.

Turn off phone for 1 minute – Restart.

Settings – Applications – Select ALL tab.

Find Internet Application and Clear Data.

Find Google Search Application and Clear Data.

Turn off phone for 1 minute – Restart.

Wait for the home screen to refresh a pair of times and try again.
