Virtual Ethernet Adapter has no network access after upgrade from Win 8 to Win 8.1

Virtual Ethernet adapter have not found network access after upgrade Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. I search Google but not found useful information. Finally I  repair the Vmware workstation 10 and i solve adapter unplug issue.
